Layer 7 has some of the world’s largest enterprise, service provider and government organizations as its customers. To continue this growth, Layer 7 is looking for an experienced and motivated web/online marketing manager who is passionate about creating a world class online presence across traditional web-based media and evolving Social Media channels.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a “best in class” web site
• Manage and execute on SEO and SEM strategies to drive relevant customer traffic to the Layer 7 site
• Create web and email based campaigns that generate leads for Layer 7 Sales and its Partners
• Create and implement a Social Media strategy, including online video, blogging, Twitter, etc
• Establish cross links with influential sites to generate targeted traffic to the Layer 7 site
• Monitor and analyze web site traffic, and develop tactics to increase the number of visitors and page views
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate (preferably B2B) website development
• Proven experience with Social Media marketing and SEO/SEM
• Experience with online web tools such as Google Analytics, Eloqua, Joomla, etc
• Independent and motivated individual able to work at a Silicon Valley pace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce preferred
