Our nanny of one year is sad to leave our cuddly 22-month-old boy (we're sad to see her go) but she has to finish her degree at some point!

The two of them have had a great time splashing in puddles, going on playdates, dancing to music and romping in the park.
Our little guy is energetic, gentle, creative and curious. He thrives on activity and loves to learn.

A nanny with these qualities would be a good fit for our family:

-well-educated, with lots of childcare experience (Waldorf background ideal but not crucial)
-legal to work in Canada (we pay according to labour laws)
-playful, honest, responsible and genuinely interested in fostering child development
-willing to do a few light household tasks during the second hour of our son's nap (such as laundry, running dishwasher, etc.)
-supportive of organic foods, creative play and TV-free entertainment for a toddler
-not afraid to get out in the rain

We offer $15/hour in a warm and respectful household. Start date is mid-December to early January.
