A large full-service law firm has an opening for a Manager in their HR Department. This well-respected firm is located downtown Vancouver and offers a great corporate environment.
The individual in this position will be part of the Human Resources team and will provide leadership and direction for all of the firm’s Legal Assistants. The successful candidate will manage resources, absences, and legal assistant teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to lawyers and clients alike. Additional responsibilities include implementing and administering HR programs, managing recruitment and orientation activities, as well as leading the performance management process.
We are seeking an individual with post-secondary education in Human Resources, a minimum of 7 years’ experience in progressively responsible HR positions, and 3 or more years’ experience in a supervisory/management capacity. Experience in a law firm or other professional services firm is an asset.
