Our client, based in Vancouver, is seeking an outstanding, emerging leader to fill a multi-faceted, consultative role that will require exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills and provide a strong path for career development. Directly reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the HR Analyst, Rewards & Reporting will be responsible for completing a wide range of compensation and benefits analysis and administration projects, for developing reporting tools and metrics and for designing and implementing initiatives that are embraced consistently across the company to support decision-making and to measure and communicate success.
The ideal candidate is a flexible self-starter and with excellent interpersonal, research, analytical, project management and writing skills. Preferably, the candidate will have completed a diploma or degree in a relevant discipline and will have had at least 3 years of experience in business with exposure to compensation and benefits administration, HRIS, report writing and job evaluation. Completion of the CCP, CEBS and CHRP designations would be assets. Without doubt, the candidate must be someone with a positive attitude towards change, a strong ability to work with detail while seeing the big picture and a commitment to teamwork and customer service. Able to multi-task and to thrive in ambiguity, the candidate must possess a unique ability to be flexible and creative while being rigorous, thorough and accurate when working with details.
