Attention all Payroll Managers! Our client, located in downtown Vancouver, has the need for a Payroll and Benefits Manager. Working for the Director of Human Resources, the Payroll and Benefits Manager, is responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing a staff of 1 or 2. As Payroll Manager you will implement process improvements and efficiencies, and act as front line point of contact to management throughout the organization as it applies to problem resolution with payroll. You will use your past experience in a Payroll Manager capacity to identify, assess and implement efficiencies. You have an eye for improvements, and a talent for people development. This is a multi-provincial, payroll environment.
Qualifications:
Experience with ADP an asset
7 plus years' experience
Outgoing and confident personality
Strong Leadership and Staff Management skills
Experience administering benefits
Excellent English Communication skills
Certified Payroll Manager an asset
The ideal candidate for this role will be a proven payroll professional with seven or more years of experience in payroll, three or more of which should be at the management level . This is a hands-on role ! You have a successful track record in multi-provincial, 300-plus employee environment
