We are an extremely busy, fast paced and professional recruitment agency, based in downtown and we have an immediate opening for an experienced recruitment consultant.
We offer a solid reputation, excellent branding, sales support, generalist positions and a consultative team approach to client management.
In addition to dedicated clients we service on a daily basis, we have lots of projects, and 2010 work on the go to keep any consultant busy and to feel rewarded!
You offer strong experience in the temporary recruitment field, innate customer service abilities, and a high sense of urgency, professionalism, creativity and solid business acumen. In addition, you are entrepreneurial, competitive, and driven to succeed.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing, screening; referencing and interviewing candidates, addressing client recruitment challenges utilizing consultative and creative solutions, professional account management skills, building strong relationships with clients and candidates; accountability to corporate targets; partner with our sales team on business development initiatives; close business deals and deliver on assignments.
