About the Opportunity
To cater for expansion and growth, Employment Office has an exciting opportunity for an Interview Specialist to join our dynamic Vancouver team on a casual basis (approximately 20 hours/week).
Within this varied role, the main aim is to coordinate our short listing process, across a wide range of roles covering many industries. This will involve:
• Reviewing and ranking candidates using our fantastic Candidate Management System;
• Liaising with key Stakeholders throughout our detailed screening process;
• Conducting phone detailed, role specific phone interviews with candidates;
• Providing detailed, accurate written reports on the recruitment process of each role;
• Conducting reference checks;
• Coordinating interview particulars;
• Assisting with growth strategies and process improvement; and
• Facilitating online behavioural tests.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and a Diploma in Human Resources will be held in high regard.
We are looking for a motivated and articulate applicant with an understanding of the sales and recruitment process, and the ability to internally market and develop our short listing product. The successful candidate will be highly focused, accountable and have a genuine drive to exceed expectations.
The role also offers many opportunities for liaison with colleagues and candidates, and will suit a "people person" who enjoys interacting with others. A high level of computer literacy is required and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is extremely important. Occasional travel will be required.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate of $20/hour.
