The Union Gospel Mission is seeking a Director of Human Resources. Reporting to the President, this position provides strategic leadership for the development and implementation of human resources programs and solutions, ensuring they are consistently aligned and effectively managed throughout the Union Gospel Mission. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the position provides advice and recommendations on UGM’s strategic, policy and operating issues and annual business plans as they relate to HR.
You have a degree/diploma in Human Resources, a CHRP designation, and 8 years of experience covering organizational development, strategic leadership, and advanced knowledge of all HR fundamental program and practice areas, including 4 years in a leadership and/or management capacity.
