Do you want to play a role in lululemon athletica’s people strategy? Are you good with numbers? We are seeking a knowledgeable and outstanding Compensation Analyst to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC to cover a 15 month maternity leave.
Reporting to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits, the Compensation Analyst implements and administers compensation policies and programs for North America and performs regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis related to compensation & benefits programs.
The Ideal Candidate:
• 2 years related HR & Compensation experience in North America
• Degree with specialty in Human Resources preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR principles in North America
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and numerical analysis
• Basic knowledge of Employment Standards, FLSA & North American labour regulations
• Must be an effective team player
