Are you a great leader? lululemon athletica is seeking a knowledgeable and outstanding Benefits Manager join our growing team in Vancouver, BC! Reporting to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits, the Benefits Manager is responsible for leading the North American (Canada & USA) lululemon group health insurance benefits programs. Key duties include: plan design & implementation, training & education, vendor/broker relationships, plan renewal, communications, documentation, administration, resolution of escalated employee issues and general benefits support.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years group insurance benefit experience in Canada & USA & 2 years in mgmt
• Participation or completion of CEBS program or similar program an asset
• Expert knowledge of benefits programs in North America & benefits administration processes
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel & Outlook)
• Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize work flow & effectively manage multiple demands from a variety of sources independently with excellent attention to detail
• Strong focus on customer service and meeting the demands of internal and external clients from an administrative/support perspective
• Must be an effective team player
