Our Vancouver client, an established financial services firm, is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage all rewards and recognition programs
- Make recommendations to Executive team on corporate compensation programs
- Manage all compensation programs including benefits and pension to ensure they are inline with organization's strategic direction
- Research, develop, recommend and implement total rewards programs
- Communicate guidelines of rewards programs to new and existing employees
- Ensure position equity across the organization by working with the HR Advisors on job evaluation
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or HR Diploma
- 4-6 years related experience
- Certificate in Compensation/Benefits Management
- CHRP designation preferred
- Thorough understanding of compensation, benefits, pensions and rewards
- Proficient MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: 58k - 75k
