Disability (PWD, CPPD) support group idea (West End, Vancouver)

Since for some reason there are -no- Disability (PWD, CPPD) "support groups" out there (for basic help for people, i.e. how people eat on very low income, manage daily life, organize logistical matters, find helpful resources, emotional support (though not for us to harp on about our pain, but) moreso helping each other with tips we have learned - where at least one knowledgeable PWD/CPPD-experienced veteran would be very helpful!! (hint, hint), I am wondering if anyone else would have interest in starting up a small and casual, -non-facilitated- group in the West End of downtown, or downtown. It could be once a week, or perhaps better, every two weeks. Say 4 to 6 people. Just an idea to see if anyone else may be interested.

NOTE: It needs to made clear that, unfortunately, I myself am -not- physically able to nor capable of managing, arranging or coordinating any group myself. So, unless someone else would like or is willing to do that, it would -have to be- a simple, casual, non-facilitated and self-organized/managed, egualitarian Disability support group. And we could discuss how we want it to be arranged at a first meeting.

Please let me know if you're interested, and what you think. (I could offer to set up a first meeting -only-, yet from there, I am not able and would -not- be involved in -any- scheduling or coordination of it, organizing for or communications for the group. Thanks.
