BNI POWER is a group of business-minded individuals sharing the BNI philosophy of "Giver's Gain," who meet every Thursday for lunch from 11:45am to 1:30 pm. We believe that the quality of our relationships within the group allow us to support each other's businesses to grow. POWER members passed $800,000 in new referred business in 2007 and we earned $1,400,000 in 2008!
All business professionals may join us for lunch. We are looking for an Owner or Manager of a medium to large size Medical Clinic in the Lower Mainland, a Bookkeeper (we have referrals @$10 to $20 K per year) and Wedding/ Event Planner (we have referrals @$20 to $30 K per year) as well as Makeup Artist specialized in wedding makeup and Florist.
Here are some specific details of our weekly meeting:
Time: 11:45am to 1:30 pm sharp
When: Every Thursday
Where: Steam Works 375 Water st Vancouver
Cost: $20 (cash only)
What to bring: Your business cards and a guest if you wish
What to do: Be prepared to tell as about you & your business for 45 seconds
A basic description of your business and what you do
What your customers like about your product/services
What type of business is your ideal referral
A tag line that might help us remember you

Keep in mind only one person from each business/industry category can join our chapter, we are currently interviewing for open positions.
