Our family is eagerly looking for therapist(s) /tutor(s), to join our home based ABA program that we are running for our very fun-loving, bright, and hard working 5 year old daughter.
Individuals interested in psychology, education, speech pathology or any other careers involving children are welcome. Enthusiasm, dedication, reliability, an open mind and a willingness to learn are most desirable.
This is a great opportunity to receive training and hands on experience in ABA therapy with minimal initial qualifications, with the opportunity to grow into the position of the SEA for our daughter. Desired candidates will have lots of energy and patience, strong play skills, a positive attitude and good multi-tasking abilities.
You will be supervised by Dr.Sara White, a BCBA and PhD in Clinical Psychology/ABA.
As a therapist you need to be able to commit to: two to three, 3 hour shifts each week, in addition to attending monthly team meetings, and we will ask you to make a one-year commitment to the team.
Salary is negotiable and is based on experience; we will require a criminal record check.
We are located 5 minutes from the 29th Avenue Sky Train Station.
