National act looking for 2 crew for an upcoming cross-canada bus tour that starts late November, and ends just before Xmas.

Backline/Instrument tech: Your duties will include loading/unloading gear, tuning and maintaining guitars, including a 12-string, Passing guitars during changes, and watching the stage for...well whatever happens that isn't supposed to. Please forward relevant experience and salary expectations.

Merch Seller/P.A.: You duties will vary. You will sell merch when there is no seller (most shows), assist the Band and the other crew, help with load in/out, etc. No formal experience is necessary for this, and the duties are quite light, but a keen attitude and a desire to learn goes far. You will learn as much as you want. This in a intern type position, and as a result, compensation is a perdiem + a percentage of merch sales on shows which you sell (most of them).

The right personality type is the most important factor.
