What is Napkin Technique?

Napkins Technique is an easy creative art technique which allows you to decorate objects from simple designs to complex. The paper napkin (yes it is indeed simple paper napkin!) can be applied to virtually anything: canvas, wood, terracotta, stone, ceramic, cardboard, metal, etc.
