Len was born in Elphinstone, MB. and enjoyed art at an early age. Growing up working on his art his talents eventually landed him a job at a Hollywood studio doing special effects and landscape painting. Later he honed his skills as a commercial sign painter, until he moved back to Manitoba where he was best known for the local television show, the Western Hour, that aired for over 20 years. Upon retiring he continued to create his art and sell it locally at craft shows and art exhibits. He died in April of 2004, in Winnipeg, MB.
I am Len's son and I have some of the last prints that he made and some of which were only printed within the last year of his death. These are extras and I believe that he would still want people to be able to enjoy his art. Also, for people who are serious collectors, I have a few originals that he produced over the years and would consider selling to the right person.
Please contact me if you are interested in any of the prints which are pictured below. The originals are here as well to view if anyone is interested. My father always sold his prints, which are 18" x 24", for $20 each or 3 for $50, so I will too. The prices of the originals will vary and be negotiable.
