It takes only about 5-10 minutes to get to UBC by bus #25 or #33 from the suite. (We're close to bus routes on W 16th Ave. that go directly there.)

The area is quiet, safe, and very convenient and it is only a 3-5 minute walk to Dairy Queen, Tim Hortons, BC Liquor, Yoga, Nails&Spa, convenience store, and supermarket. Easy one zone access to downtown by bus #7.
