I'll give you a little information about the exercise I've been given: The project calls for me to work on Parallel Storytelling. I've been asked to write two different scenes that are two pages long each with content that will cut together in a meaningful way. For example, one scene may be about burglars about to rob a house and the other scene may be about the cops who are planning on catching them, then I have to cut the two together.

Storyline: After two years of conflict in living routine and ideologies, a struggling couple has finally decided to cut each other out from their lives and diminish their relationship that was once filled with love. The splitting begins when Halbert arrives at Artemis's apartment to return all her belongings -- along with her heart. After a difficult relationship filled with heartbreak and dishonesty, Artemis realizes what she really wants and uses a blade to cut out Halbert's heart that resides within her. They return the last remnants of their love for one another in this final step of parting.

We throw huge 150+ partys, playing all sorts of electronic music. These partys are thrown in the tricitys, to attract local djs, promoters and fans of electronic
music. Because its a non-profit organisation tickets are cheap, and are only sold to help cover the cost of the event.
We do not pay the djs to play (keep reading), these events are thrown for them by other fellow djs, to help them succeed in the world of djing. If you are
interested in playing for Audio Fiends you must have your own dj gear, we supply everything else. if you want to register with us, send us a video using a file
share site, via email link above, of a live one hour mix using your dj gear. Audio mixes are acceptable, but video mixes are preferred. We would also like a
short bio, stating when you started, why you do it, and what drives you to be a dj.
If you do want to play for us you must be able to sell tickets, prices vary depending on the size of the event, but will never cost more then $15. If you send
us a mix, and we do not approve it, that doesn't mean we never will. We will work with the djs who we think have potential to be amazing, and make them
amazing. Considering that this organisation is run by djs, we know what were looking for.

Short Synopsis: Two years have passed since the virus became air-born and global infection became inevitable. More dead now roam the globe than the living. Life never went back to normal, but the Infected became a normal fact of daily survival. "Last Days" focuses around an intense situation where 5 different teams, chosen specifically for their reputations at survival, are recruited to each carry a special backpack to a common secret location they are given coordinates to. The pilot is the story of one of those teams.

Logan is in his forties, max mid fifties; he still has the endurance and mobility of a man in his prime. Logan was a high ranking Military commander (not upper brass, he still went on field missions) before the virus changed the world. But the military died along with everyone else and Logan, privy to military secrets, took command of the army's remnants. He's a good man, but war hardened him to see clearly and act accordingly. He's approachable but he exudes no nonsense. Though he dresses incognito; his military conditioning still leaks from his stance and matter. Logan has short hair, but not military cut (trying to blend better when in the field) with silver wings or full on grey but isn't aged by it. He has to believably be able to do more than hold his own in hand-to-hand combat. He's a sturdy solid man, no gut, but not cut either. He's about 5'9 or ten; not short. Seeking Caucasian actor.

Greer is of average height and size. He is the cunning and cruelly practical leader of an underground organization that profits off human trafficking and pirating off survival camps. Greer is ruggedly good looking, has shaggy longish dark hair and never clean shaven, but his eyes and commanding presence make him stand out even among his biggest and cruelest men. Though Greer rules through his intelligence and iron fist, he is sarcastic along with a dark sense of humor.

Logan's love interest. She is in her late 20's, beautiful. She is strong and smart. After the Zombies took over Selina is taken by the zombies while trying to escape with Logan from the parking lot in a shopping mall

Logan's right hand man. Miguel is dark and rugged. He has seen it all, he is very familiar with Weapons and how to use them. He witnessed his family taken by zombies after a family cook out, and has since dedicated his life to protecting others.

Jo watched as her father was taken from her in their home. Unable to help himself in the melee JO vowed to never be in a situation like that. Jo is a tough twenty something strong woman.

Stef and Jo are childhood best friends. Stef relies on Jo for strength. Stef is tall and slim, she can handle a weapon if need be. Stef's family abandoned their home thinking she was dead and has been by Jo's side ever since.

A curious mischievous teen eager to grow up and always fins a way to be apart of the action.

A jack of all trades. He can fix and build anything with some parts and tools. His love is Dea and will do anything for her.

Dea is feminine, very pretty and opinionated. She survives with the help of The Scientist, she assists in his work and experiments. She is hard to please and expects perfection.

Max can survive on his own, he is resilient and smart. There isn't much he can't do except he's not all that strong, yet. He will do anything to protect his girlfriend Scarlet.

Max is his best friend. He is tall and skinny. He and the rest of his family are living because of his father. Without Max there's is no telling how much trouble he couldn't get himself out of.

He is one of the town's elder members, DJ's father. His advice and leadership keep the people together and going forward in life.

Scarlet is Max's girlfriend. She is beautiful and always loyal and by Max's side. Her grandfather is the only one alive in her family who is unable to do much for her.

Li-Ann is DJ's girlfriend, an orphan who is just as helpless as DJ is except smarter. She may seem a little lost in this foreign lifestyle of having to survive day to day.
