WE DO NOT KILL THE LIVING with pesticides. Pesticides alone are effective only on the living but then are rendered inadequate against their existing eggs. There is no telling when an adult may have laid its last egg; it could be back as soon as the next day. (We exterminate the living with the eggs in one motion.)

KILLING THE LIVING ALONE does not break their life cycle. Their life cycle is heavily dependent upon their existing eggs. We use a special machine designed just for bed bugs. Here�s how it works . . . The machine operates on straight clean water heated by an 1800 degree burner. We set the pressure to suit the needs approximately 35-50 PSI depending on carpet thickness, underlay, base boards, and mattress thickens, etc. The temperature coming out of the wand is approximately 350 degree depending upon the pressure setting; at this point this is not just steam, but, rather super heated vapour with a wisp of steam.

THIS IS WHAT WE DO. We completely take apart your bed, mattress, box spring, chest of drawers, night tables, end tables, etc. Then blow 35- 50 PSI of super heated vapour right through all of your components. We will flip the bed, mattress/box spring and frame upside down, end- to- end, then steam all of your furnishings on all four sides, inside and out, including drawers. There is no need to discard gorgeous hard wood furniture and expensive bedding where these pests happen to lay eggs. We literally bake them no matter where they hide. Our machine is so powerful it blows super heated vapour right through the thickest carpet pile into the under lay and clear down to the sub floor without causing damaging because there is a sufficient amount of moisture mixed within the heat. Absolutely nothing survives a 350 degree flash of heat.

UNFORTUNATELY, BED BUGS can live up to 9 months without a food source and the average home owner cannot get rid of these pests without professional help. Relocating is not the remedy, either. That just means you�ll take them with you to your new suite and the infestation will start all over again

MY RATES are very modest and I'm willing to work with you depending on how much help you�re able to pitch in.........they are extremely aggressive bugs which call for extremely aggressive measures. Truly, the answer is super heated vapour. Gallons and gallons of chemical only serve to destroy your soft material furnishings after repeated usage
