And an whole apartment is a little messy overall. However, a building manager's gonna remodel inside at the end of march so it's gonna be clean eventually. In fact you can move in from this 23rd after I left.

I know what works and what doesn't. I don't want to move into the middle of someones family.. Privacy is Important. If you have one or more houses that you rent out with rooms to individuals in the basement for example, a living arrangement there might be sustainable. You know two guys downstairs and a similar thing upstairs or something... as long as it's kind of cut off from upstairs.

I find it to be the only way, if the individuals are in their room on the internet or keeping to themselves kindly mostly in their own zone like me and only go out to the kitchen or bathroom once in awhile these are the only living arrangements that work. As long as there are no couples living there or immature people it might be sustainable... I'm hoping for few crocodiles next door.

I try to find the patience to look for you but if your cool, take the gamble and pick me. I'm a rad man and you'll reduce the risk of getting someone wonky. I don't have the patience to run around seeking out semi-cool non mediocre people. I'm cool, if your alright pick me.

Please let me know and I'll drop by so we can do the paperwork. I have no criminal record if that means anything. I work on the internet buying and selling with ebay and I do bible studies. I'm aiming to get an electric car so that will be fun.

I am seeking to move by March 1st out of my current location. I am able to give deposit plus rent ASAP. Also longer term would be optimal as I have had to move 4 times since my arrival here in Vancouver.

I do have a small dog, a 1 year old chihuahua who is very friendly and overall quiet compared to most of her breed. I do understand this can be a deterrent but please know I am willing to pay an extra deposit for her as well if required.

I generally do not have a preference to live with males or females, but my last two places I have lived with guys and it seems to work best. I love music, enjoy learning and having fun with others, and would like to find somewhere to live that's chill and laid back. 420 friendly would be awesome, but not required.

So as of the 8th I will be living on the street due to family conflicts. I will be paid on the 24th of febuary. I figured it'd be worth a try to see if there is anyone out there in need of a roommate from the 8th onward.
The problem for myself obviously is that i wont have any money for rent or a damage deposit until the 24th when i get paid. Kind of in a jam. I dont get money untill the 15th of this month. But I need a place for my friend myself and my dog. I'm a hard worker, and have recently been traveling around southern bc learning about earth homes and comunity living. At the moment however I need to get back to work. And need a place in or near Vancouver to do so. If you could help us out that would be great. Temporarily even.
Long term I believe we will be looking for a 3 bedroom house. So if you know of any reasonably priced places that would let us stay now and pay on the 15th. You would be a saint.
I'm also good with drywall, paint, some plumbing repair, and masonary work. As well as anything you can think of that has to do with landscape construction.
