Bayleaf Software has immediate openings for full time programmers with ColdFusion experience, working in a Windows environment.
A successful candidate will have experience developing dynamic web applications with ColdFusion MX and SQL Server. As a member of our development team you will work on a number of highly detailed projects. The ability to work independently and within a team environment, excellent communications skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
“Must have” skills:
- Demonstrated experience developing dynamic web applications with ColdFusion MX;
- Experience with SQL Server; Oracle or MySQL an asset;
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- Understanding of Web Development standards and Best Practices including a structured approach to coding and documentation;
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under tight deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
“Nice to have” skills:
- An understanding of .NET, PHP, JS, Java, Flash/Actionscript or any other languages;
- Familiarity with source code control systems;
- Familiarity with web-based testing and QA processes and standards.
Education Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field;
- Adobe CF Certification is an asset.
