Room available is a small 9 x 7 ft but rest of the place is spacious and there's tons of storage downstairs. Washer / dryer only hooked up to cold and there's no shower, just a claw foot tub so must like having a bath!

I recycle, and don't have cable as commercials annoy the hell out of me. I have all furnishings but there's room for another couch as the living area is quite large! Smoking outside only, occasional 420 inside okay. Not a party establishment as landlord lives next door but dinner parties are fine.
I enjoy hitting the pub for live music and a few pints and I work full time into the evenings usually.

Location is fab.
