Your duties will include the following:
· Copy-editing a wide variety of material to ensure it meets Ministry standards for accuracy and style (checking spelling, grammar, coherence; imposing consistent style; inputting changes to electronic files).
· Writing fundraising letters and marketing content.
· Preparing other written content as needed.
· Working alongside the communications and design team in the development and production of our quarterly magazine, yearly catalog, annual report, and other publications.
· Overseeing updates to the website and Ministry Policy and Procedures Manual.
· Updating website articles, pictures, uploading new content, and optimizing for SEO.
You will be a strong team player and will possess:
· a diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
· a proven writing track record
· a keen eye for detail;
· strong organizational and multitasking skills
· basic HTML
· quick learner
· must have strong editing skills
