OVERALL PURPOSE:
The crew is responsible for the physical take down of venue the day after the event Sun. Nov. 22, 2009

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communications skills
Warm, friendly and professional demeanour
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be punctual and reliable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the proper set up of special events with the aid of diagrams or written task lists
Performs tasks in a positive manner with other crew members
Moving/transporting/setting up/breaking down tables, chairs, stage platforms, and other furnishings
Ensures the safety, security, and smooth operation of the complex

VOLUNTEER ROOM CHECK-IN TIME: 10 am

DRESS:
Comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes

VOLUNTEER SHIFT:
Start: 10 am
Breaks: as necessary
Finish: 4:00 pm
