Nasco Staffing Solutions, Canada’s Premier Temporary Production and Event Staffing Company, is currently recruiting for Audio Operators to work for one of our clients at their theatre in Surrey.
Responsibilities/Duties – (Shall include, but are not limited to, the following)
• Live FOH Audio Engineer & Monitor Mixing
• Assist with load in, set-up, show call, and load out
• Maintain an excellent client/customer relationship
• Liaise with rental clients to meet their needs
• Commitment to make yourself available for shifts
• Assist Technical Director when required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ensure the cleanliness of the theatre
Qualifications – The successful candidate must:
• Be familiar with the set-up, operation, and tear down of LIVE sound
• Have excellent knowledge of a Midas Verona Console
• Have basic knowledge of theatrical fly systems, lighting, carpentry, and stage principles
• Be a superb communicator
• Be self – motivated, flexible, personable, and able to work alone
• Be a team player
All successful candidates must either live in the Surrey area or have access to a vehicle.
