One step above the VG20, the VG30 has 30 computer controlled functions, as well as an aluminum drinking bottle with holder. In addition, this state of the art elliptical has:
* Extra large foot pedals.
* Anatomically correct pedal spacing.
* High density foam grips.
* A high quality Hutchinson flexonic drive belt.
* And a stationary handle bar.
* And like the VG20 multi-position heart rate control sensors.
Computer display functions:
* Include: Scan, RPM, Speed, Time, Distance, Calories, Pulse, Heart Symbol, Manual (1-16 levels), Programs (P1-P12), Watt Constant, Personal (U1-U4), Heart Rate Control, Pulse and User Data.
* As well as, 12 automatic adjusting programs with a resistance level that can be adjusted during the program.
* Key Functions: include ENTER KEY, UP/DOWN KNOB, RESET KEY, ST/STOP KEY and RECOVERY KEY.
