We have been intentionally and aggressively growing, and building systems to support this growth continuing. As part of this, we are currently seeking to add a driven, goal oriented individual to join our outside sales team.
Key things to consider whether you are a fit:
- We are passionate about growth, and passionate about values alignment.
- We are looking for an experienced sales professional or previous experience in the floor coverings industry.
Our customer consists of 4 main segments: Insurance Restoration, Property & Strata Managers, Designers, Custom Builders.
If you are a qualified candidate:
- You have experience in the contracting world, especially flooring. You are an experienced sales professional, with experience in account/contract sales.
- You are also comfortable working with trades and Interior Designers. This position does involve project management of the installations, though the role is supported by an operations and admin team.
- You have the ability to manage process and detail and you have experience with a CRM and industry specific software - though being in front of your computer is not what you prefer to be doing.
- You are highly independent and are comfortable and prepared to 'build your territory' by being face to face with potential accounts.
- You have been told you are a hunter. Being rewarded for performance is your expectation.
- You have experience presenting to groups and are energized at the idea of being able to earn the attention of a group.
- You are comfortable with a 3+ month learning curve and are looking for an organization and culture to settle into for the long term. You want to be part of growth, and are prepared to work for the success that can come.
- You reside in Surrey or the Vancouver area.
