Logistics :
The place is a brand new 3 bedroom basement suit in the Clayton Heights area. It is a good size, with 2 bathrooms, big closets, in-suit washer and dryer, communal area, lots of storage, and super layed back land lords. Ive lived here since 2009, and I'm the only tenant they ever had.

The rent is $500-$550 a month and includes Hot water, Hydro, and Heat. I pay for the Internet and Cable since my bedroom is a bit bigger than yours would be. At the moment its basic both, but you could always chip in if you wanted to upgrade it.

The entrance is super easy to get to as the place backs right onto the ally, no need to dredge through mud to get to the back stairs.
We have one designated parking spot in the back, and there's a place on the side of the house that you could use if youve got a car. And there's lots of parking on the street for people who might visit.
The place is quite centrally located, and has easy access to major hwys etc.

You are totally allowed to put things on the walls.
If you have a cat, youre more than welcome to bring it along.

Really, i'm just looking for someone sane, with a steady job, whose fairly neat. (Which of course doesnt apply to your own room, bc no normal person has a clean room ALL the time haha)

Ideally i'm hoping for someone to move in March 1st, but if you need it to be sooner, thats okay too.

Looking for a respectful mature person. Must have common sense and is responsible with their own things and other's. You clean up after yourself in common areas, etc. You have a life! You don't sit at home watching tv in the living room every day, because that gets old. You clean up your dishes after dinner, leave common area spaces as they were when you got there (all the obvious stuff). Basically you make a mess in your room but please respect the common areas. Its pretty straight forward!
