We are looking for mature responsible individuas to rent our 2 bedrooms on the main floor of the house. Rent is $450 each room per month all-inclusive. Rooms are fully furnished. Wireless internet is available. Kitchen will be shared with the owners (married couple). Bathroom will be privately used by you and another potential roommate. We have in-house washer and dryer. Our house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood close to North Delta Community Centre and just minutes away from shopping centres on Scott Road. Bus stops are a block away. 10-15 bus ride to Kwantlen University-Surrey Campus and 15 min commute by bus and skytrain to Douglas College. Easy access to Nordel Way, Highway 91 and Highway 10. Parking space is available on the street in front of the house.
