CONFIDENCE BUILDING - The most important feature of all the activities to be carried out in this program is; to build a person's self confidence to achieve success in what ever they commit themselves to. A spirit of competitiveness is essential for any individual to fight like a true sportsman.
LEARNING: Learn to do what you are passionate about. It could be painting, singing, dancing, writing, speaking etc. The program would provide a platform to begin the first step with individuals of similar interests.

Delivery of the Program:
SPEAK OUT: Be it any language, individuals who are shy in nature, feel hesitant to talk in the public, can't engage in public discussions, have ideas but can't present them, will have various opportunities to develop their presentation skills. There are many talented people who just lack self confidence. Children must start from an early age to engage themselves in discussions, as it will help them to have an edge over others and will be able to express them better than anyone else.

My name is Neha and I graduated in B.A. Applied Communications from Royal Roads University Victoria, BC, Canada. I am a media professional and social worker. I have conducted many personality development classes in the last 4-5 years and have dealt with people from various demographics. I invite parents to discuss about their children with me personally and how we can help them overcome their shortcomings. This is a not a school or an institution where more children means business. I believe in making difference in the lives of people through means of communication, knowledge and experience and earn a simple living. Depending upon different needs and requirements, every individual will have their own action plan and I shall discuss that in detail once I have been told about the area that needs to be groomed. Information is confidential and I respect to keep the word between me and the client. I am a very friendly person, who loves to laugh and lead a positive life.
