We walk everyday and in the evenings run at the park while my kids do their soccer training.

Hello

I am the organizer of a meetup group and I would like to rent a space by the hour for a group get together. I will only need it for a max of 2 hours, to start with.

Something small, we are only 3 to 5 people. I want a private space as this is a group who will be sharing personal experiences and don't want to sit in a coffee shop where other customers can hear what we are talking about.

The community centre wants a $400 damage deposit although there spaces are very reasonably priced but I don't have $400 to give. Can anyone suggest somewhere I could try? Thank you.

At 2:00 am last night which would be January.28,2012, I caught a pathetic human being slashing tires on cars parked along 80th ave . I am not sure how many car tires he slashed but from what I could see this morning when went out to survey the area, it appears as thorough he was slashing one tire per vehicle and on the curb side. The slasher is Caucasian, skinny build, maybe 5'11", where a hoody and red baseball cap, and has a distinctive hop in his step when he walks. I also believe that does not live past 163, as he was walking east and when I went out this morning I did not notice any slashed tires past 163.

For the Urgent Attention Of Current & Former Students and Parents Of Discovery Elementary School In Surrey

If you attended, or had children who attended Discovery at some point in its 35+ year history, and had success with its personalized, student-lead education style, we need your help.

Discovery Elementary School is currently under threat of closure. Our enrollments have been in steady decline for a number of years and the school board has decreed that the building should be turned over for other uses, and the Discovery program to be moved and absorbed into another larger school.

If this happens, we stand to lose the program in its entirety, as its unique mandate to provide a different form of education becomes diluted through new administration, staff that is unfamiliar with our Adlerian principles of respect, responsibility and resourcefulness, and even lower enrollments as current students who cannot manage the commute choose to remain in the neighbourhood catchments.

We require your stories of learning success to help us convince the Surrey board of school trustees that Discovery is a valuable program worth saving, and that moving it would be a grave mistake. We also request your attendance at the upcoming school board trustees meeting, January 26th at 7:30pm at the District Education Centre, 14033 92nd Ave.

If you believe the kids of Surrey deserve a choice in their education, you need to help us fight to keep the Discovery program at Discovery School; or we risk the chance of the program disbanding altogether. This would be a loss not only for the current staff, students and parents but to the community of Surrey altogether.

I'm new to pen and paper gaming and I'd love to try and get into some D&D or Pathfinder. Or any kind of rpg game really. Preferably fantasy as that's kind of my favorite genre. Although I've heard good things about Rogue Trader. I haven't tried any kind of gaming so I'd be coming in fresh as a beinnger but I'm eager to learn and give it a shot. I'll read whatever needs to be done so I can figure out how to play and be an asset to the team. And of course have fun =).

I'm also looking for warhammer fantasy games. I'm pretty new to that too as I haven't really played many games. This is not for those that have life all figured out but for the people that want to get it figured out. Are you tired of living paycheck to paycheck and never having enough money or time to do some of the things on your "so called bucket list"? At 43 I have a house, a car, a business but guess what I also have debt. Do any of you feel the same way? The bank really owns my house not me, I do own my car but it's 10 years old so getting another one just means the bank owns that as well, and having a business is great but guess what IT OWNS YOU. There are only so many hours in the day that you can possibly work so trading time for money isn't the solution. You need to get money working for you instead of you working for money.

I am writing to you today to ask for your sponsorship in aiding me to participate in the Miss Universe Canada 2012 pageant, which I was selected for. I am currently a full time student at Kwantlen Polytechnic University studying towards a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. I am in my third year at Kwantlen, having graduated from Queen Elizabeth Secondary School in 2009 with Honours and a scholarship.

The Miss Universe Canada Pageant would be held in Toronto, Ontario in June. With your sponsorship your company would be able to display that you a financial supporter of a contestant in the Miss Universe Canada 2012 pageant. Your generous contribution would be highlighted in the Miss Universe Canada 2012 itinerary.

The estimated audience of the Miss Universe Canada pageant would benefit tremendously from your generosity. Your generous contribution would go towards $1260, which covers their cost of training. As well as $2500 + GST cost which goes towards the 10 day competition in Toronto; this includes, chaperones, hair and makeup stylist, hotel for 10 days, transportation, food, necessities' as well as the matching outfits and swimsuits worn by all contestants on stage.
