Hi there, Im a female student looking for a place to live in from nov.25 ish 2009 to july 2010. The place can be anywhere on # 401's bus route.(westminster hwy. no1 rd etc.) private bathroom preffered. If meals can be included, that will be great, and we can negotiate the price for that. :) house, townhouse or apt are all ok.
1) no smoking no drugs
2) privacy is very important
3) paying rent by cheque and a contract is required
4) meals included preffered ( at least 1 meal a day)
