Hi,

I am a woman, looking for a bedroom to stay during the weekdays as I am tired of my long commute--I work in Richmond and I live about an hour away. I also work at least 10-11 hour days so you can see why I would like to sleep closer to work. I probably will not be around too much, if at all, on the weekends. I would also like to bring my cat with me but if this is an issue then it can stay with my parents for the time being. $400 is as high as I can go and I would expect utilities to be included in this price. Wireless would be a bonus. I am very hard working and you will hardly know I'm around!
