We have a great room for rent in our 3 bed 2 bath house. The $650 rent includes all utilities. the room for rent, with hardwood floors and two cats inside who are friendly and think they are human, so if you are allergic you might have a problem.

The room is private with extra storage across the hall with hardwood floors and an extra TV if you need it. Bathroom is shared but very clean. You will have full house privileges, of course, with your own place to keep dishes and food in the kitchen.

Even though overall we all have a live and let live attitude do to prior experience we are a drug free house, SOME drinking is cool but overall we are looking for responsible people. Overall as long as you clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and get along with everyone, we're good! If you have poor credit it's understandable in this day and age so references are encouraged for you to have on hand.
