Facilitates the design, development and production of a wide range of marketing, merchandising and communication materials, internal and external, including websites.  Assists with product launches, special events, Store Grand Openings, vendor tradeshows, and other events as required. <br>

Marketing Materials may include but are not limited to:  various forms of print advertising, point of purchase materials, graphics, newsletters, coupons, web banners, store signage.  Attention to detail, Ability to prioritize and manage several projects at one time and quality control are critical. <br>

Job Specifications (qualifications necessary for an individual to be considered eligible for the position):<br>
<br>
Education<br>
•University or College education in Marketing, Communications, or related field<br>
•Graphic design diploma from recognized Educational institution. <br>

Experience<br>
•3-5 yrs  experience in marketing and communications<br>
•Understanding of design principles, design industry and graphic production process.  <br>
•Familiar with In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator<br>
•Comfortable with MS office, HTML, web-design software<br>
•Experience creating websites using HTML, Macromedia Homesite or similar program, flash and dreamwearver<br>
•Familiarity with pre-press development and production of printed material is preferred<br>
•Prior experience in project management (development, tracking, measurement) is preferred.<br>

&#61607;Flyers -- 40% -- Conceptualizes and develops concepts for new products and promotions, edits content of all flyers (in-stores, mail-outs and extra "support" flyers) and coordinate project from offer submission to file transfer to printer, and thereafter departmental archiving and internal distribution.  <br>
&#61607;Develop collateral and In Store point of purchase materials to support promotional offers and institutional messaging including brochures,  posters, shelf tags and signs, and store training tools.  <br>
&#61607;Websites -- 20% -- Create new pages and new websites for new products. Update content of all existing websites on an ongoing basis.  Design and produce E-Newsletter and E-Flyers, Product Splash pages, banners and coupons    <br>
&#61607;Corporate Communications [employees/stores] -- 15% -- Creates Communications and Graphics with store, employee and operational communications initiatives.<br>

An experienced and knowlegable Stage/Performance Manager who is in charge of the stage operation, including<br>
- Operating the Sound and Lighting System<br>
- Making Announcements/ Host performances <br>
- Arranging Performance schedules<br>
- Recruiting performers<br>
- Looking after backstage and performers<br>

This position will start now and goes into October, and would require to be on site every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Monday from 6pm-11pm.<br>

•	Part-time to full-time work that could become full time very quickly. Hours would fluctuate depending on how busy we are but plan to make this full time. This job would do a bit of everything from design to printing to finishing.<br>

Design<br>
•	Layout design <br>
•	Conceptualize graphic proposals<br>
•	Design customer orders<br>

Production<br>
•	Pre-flight files before printing <br>
•	Print both digital and large format jobs<br>
•	Load paper or media<br>
•	Laminate when needed<br>

Finishing<br>
•	Mount/Trim final prints<br>
•	Package print jobs for shipping<br>

Communication<br>
•	Communicate directly with clients on design jobs<br>
•	Estimate with management time to design projects<br>
