Hi all...

I'm curious if thre is anyone out there that have switched to the volunteer meter program in Richmond. Can you please respond with your experiences? I have a family of 4 with 2 elementary school aged boys and wonder if I would actually save any money by switching to a metered program. I would say that we are fairly average water users and we already try to conserve where we can. Any response is appreciated.
