Seriously, it's pretty much in tear-down condition right now and I don't have time to fix it up.  If you want to take on the repairs the rent would be FREE for a few months, and negotiable after that. I'm open to bartering- if you do some man-chores for me the rent will stay cheap!  I can get some building materials for a good price, but I'm not going to make anything fancy, just dry and secure is my goal.  There are some good features.  It has some nice windows (at least the intact ones), it has 220 wiring, a really neat fireplace and the location is central on a private lot near Lougheed and 207th.
