OVERALL PURPOSE:
To assist in creating and installing decorations throughout the venue before the event

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communications skills
Warm, friendly and professional demeanour
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be punctual and reliable
You do things in a PATIENT and SAFE manner
You appreciate an environment where everyone strives for top quality

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the proper set up of decorations with the aid of diagrams and/or written task lists
Performs tasks in a positive manner with other crew members
Ensures the safety, security, and smooth operation of the complex
Ensure all decorations, tables, and the overall room are in perfect order before guests arrival

DRESS:
Comfortable clothes, closed toed shoes

VOLUNTEER SHIFT:
Start: 10 am
Breaks: as necessary
Finish:4:00 pm
