OVERALL PURPOSE:
The crew is responsible for the physical set up of venue for the event under within the administrative oversight of the Decoration Chair. To assist in creating and installing decorations throughout the venue before the event on Fri. Nov. 20 from 4-10pm or Sat. Nov. 21 from 10-4pm

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communications skills
Warm, friendly and professional demeanour
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be punctual and reliable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the proper set up of special events with the aid of diagrams or written task lists
Performs tasks in a positive manner with other crew members
Moving/transporting/setting up/breaking down tables, chairs, stage platforms, and other furnishings
Ensures the safety, security, and smooth operation of the complex
You do things in a PATIENT and SAFE manner
You appreciate an environment where everyone strives for top quality
Ensure all decorations, tables, and the overall room are in perfect order before guests arrival

VOLUNTEER ROOM CHECK-IN TIME:
Friday 4pm
Sat 10am


DRESS:
Comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes

VOLUNTEER SHIFT:
Start: 10:00 am
Breaks: as needed
Finish: 4:00 pm
