We are a married couple in our mid 30's with two small children.  We are looking at swapping our single family house in Port Coquitlam's Citadel neighbourhood for a house or townhouse in Burnaby.  We are seeking a long term swap.  <br>
<br>
We do not smoke and have no pets.  We would respect your home and treat it in the same manner as we treat ours.  <br>
<br>
We are looking for a minimum of three (3) bedrooms and a minimum of two full washrooms.  If it's a single family house, we would not want to have any other people residing on the property i.e. basement suite etc.  We would prefer for the home to be as close to Deer Lake as possible.  The home would need to be well maintained and suitable for a family with small children.  It must be in a very safe family oriented neighbourhood.  Ideally, in a cul-de-sac or very quiet road in a well established subdivision.<br>
<br>
Our home in Port Coquitlam is in a cul-de-sac in the Citadel neighbourhood.  It provides easy access to the Mary Hill Bypass.  It is 2013 square feet and in a kid friendly neighbourhood with a lot of great neighbours.  <br>
It is 23 years old and features 4 bedrooms and 3 full washrooms.  It is a basement entry home and has a 1 bedroom basement suite.  The bedroom in the suite is part of the total 4 bedrooms.  It also has a large sundeck (uncovered) and double garage.  <br>
<br>
The flooring consists of laminate, carpet, slate and ceramic tile.  It has a laundry room and backs onto a lush greenbelt.  It's in close proximity to all levels of well respected schools, parks and bus stop.  <br>
<br>
We are looking to commence the swap anytime from the beginning of June to the beginning of August.  The longer the term the better.<br>
<br>
No smoking please.  If you have a cat or small dog that has been in your family for a long time, we would consider it.<br>

If you have a holiday retreat in Hawaii, Palm Springs, San Diego, or?? and would like to trade for some slope time, please get back to me.  Does NOT have to be time for time, or date for date. Meaning you could have 2 long weekends, or perhaps even time during Spring Break or next Christmas, I could have a full week, etc.  I am very flexible....I just need to get away sometime soon!  This is not a rental condo, it is my second home.  Suitable for an adult couple, no pets please. Will send photos to serious inquiries.  Will only trade if we are able to meet in person.<br>
