Mid-40's, professional male looking to move between December 1 – 15 and is looking for reasonable and clean apartment or basement suite. Although social, I am definitely not a partier. I am a non-smoker and do have a well-behaved, declawed house cat. I enjoy a comfortable, quiet and safe home environment.

Space requirements: Seeking clean, spacious, bright and reasonably priced housing. Am looking for longer term arrangement (1 - 2 years). Prefer to be in an adult only environment, and owner must be completely comfortable with gay couple (partner currently working out of province). A decent kitchen is definitely an asset, as I like to cook.

In return, you would have a responsible individual as custodian of your rented space, and if it is a basement suite someone to also help mind the property and assist with chores.

Prefer to be in an area close to Coquitlam Centre, downtown Port Coquitlam or Newport Village area in Port Moody. Will consider other locations within easy access of Douglas College depending on neighborhood amenities.
