JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties may include but are not limited:
• Assistance with launch of Change Management project implementation, upgrade to Syspro 6.1
• SRS report creation -- Purchase orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, expedite report, kitting, parts, making tools, other reporting requirements -- develop good working reports and provide solid base for stored procedure requirements for reports with little expectation of change
• Assist with growth of appropriate kanban systems for data entry and material requirements
• Cycle counting and year- end inventory simplification
• Assist with implementation of lean accounting principles using Syspro
• Syspro content management assistance -- planning, recommendations and execution -- archiving -- mainly in WIP, Purchase Orders, Inventory and Bill of Materials
• Syspro security review, report, recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
The applicant will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, judgment and decision making with the ability to adapt to an always changing, fast moving environment, work under pressure all with a positive team attitude.
• 3 years' experience actively using Syspro
• 1 year recent experience actively using SRS or Crystal Reports
• Previous direct experience in a minimum of a support role in planning and implementing at least one Syspro upgrade
• Knowledge of and experience with project best practices an asset, including information technology standards and requirements
• Syspro accounting module knowledge and experience an asset
• Experience with Syspro administrative management an asset
• Sharepoint and Infopath experience an asset

Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:
-College/University Degree in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Management Information Systems, and/or 4+ years of equivalent industry experience.
-Experience with supporting of desktop and laptop devices, personal devices (iPads, iPhones, Blackberrys, windows 7 phones)
-Basic Network administration and support experience.
-Experience with supporting Windows XP, Vista and 7.
-Experience with supporting Windows Server from 2000-2008R2
-Experience with supporting & Installing Linux is an asset
-Experience with supporting & Installing Sonicwall routers and SSL VPN devices (Routers generally)
-Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server administration.
-Ability to lift 25 pounds.
-Experience with high tech, new media or video game development tools is an asset.
-Must have car and valid driver license. (BC)
