Only a 10 min drive to Douglas College, a 20 min drive to SFU, and a 25 min drive to BCIT, are 10 mins drive to the West Coast Express, 10 mins drive to the Coquitlam Centre Bus Loop & No. 1 Hwy . We are on a Bus Route on Shaughnessy Street & have plenty of safe Street Parking.

AMENITIES NEAR OUR HOME ARE: SilverCity Cinemas, a large variety of Restaurants from Chinese, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Vietnamese, Korean, Italian & Western, many Spas, Bowling, Recreation Centres, Live Theatre, Unique Shops, Art Galleries, Hiking, Biking, Fishing and Large Grocery Stores.

$600 month per room includes all Utilities & High Speed Internet, except for phone. You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, full-sized washer & dryer with clean, respectful & polite individuals, either students or young working people. We are providing a computer with internet access to be set up on a desk in common living room area plus a color printer to print out reports for school if necessary. This suite has a private entry also use of deck & large yard. Each room will have its own private lock on it. Also, the suite has an electronic security system in place. Very safe neighborhood.
