No kidding. My mom has this thing.. she loves eggs but only those with light yellow colored yolks Even though I've explained to her that darker yolks are the sign of a healthy chicken she find dark yolks repulsive. Seriously.. she cracks the egg... if the yolk is dark yellow or orange she won't touch it.

Sooo.. if anyone has eggs to sell that are guaranteed to be predominately light yolked.. please let us know. And/Or if anyone knows of a brand that fits the bill.. your advice would be appreciated. We've found it pretty hit and miss.. sometimes a brand is pretty light but the next time darker.
