JAN. 1-FEB. 7: $225 CDN/night (minimum 2 night stay over weekend)
FEB. 8-28: $250 CDN/night (minimum of 5 night stay)
MAR. 1-22: $225 CDN/night (minimum 2 night stay over weekend)
** ($100 CDN extra per additional person per night, max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children):
Deposit of 10% of total rental cost required to reserve a room (upon arrival it becomes damage deposit).
Payment of 30% of total rental cost required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment of balance (70%) of total rental cost required at check in.
Damage deposit returned at check out.
This is a quiet family home. Preference will be given to professionals and small families. Smoking permitted outside only.
