Hey there, We are a two girls looking to rent a nice place together for April 1st. We are all working and in our early twenties (21, 23,) and are looking for our 1-2 possible roommates. It doesn't matter if you're a girl or guy so long as you are working, respectful, somewhat easy going and social every so often, and that you clean up after yourself, we'll be happy to have you.
So far we are inquiring about a duplex in central Lonsdale in a great four bedroom town house. The entire place (2 floors) will be ours, and it has a big eat in kitchen with dishwasher, in suite laundry, dining area, large open concept living area, bathroom on main floor, large two sink bathroom upstairs with full bath, wood burning fire place in living area and lots of natural light. There is a private backyard where we can have bbq's and get together s in the summer.

We are saying budget for minimum 600 rent to possibly 700 max depending on what we end up getting our hands on..
