A couple of weeks ago I arrived in Canada on a working holiday visa. I'm from The Netherlands and plan to stay in Canada for a year. During the summer I want to travel around Canada, but I got a job on Cypress Mountain for the winter. Regrettably I'm not one for early mornings and I will have to be up on the mountain well before any of the guests arrive, so I'm looking for a place as close to Cypress Mountain as possible.

I don't have a lot of things, just what I carry with me in my back pack, so a furnished room would be preferable. Though I've got a great job now, it doesn't pay a whole lot and I can't afford more than 500 dollars a month. Then again, I don't need a castle to be happy.

I like The Great Outdoors, hiking, bushcraft, snowboarding, speed skating, scuba diving, sailing (anything to do with water, frozen or liquid) and martial arts. Though I am social and like a party, I'm very calm, respectful towards other people and relaxed. I don't smoke or use drugs.
What I need in a place to live is friendly and diverse people around me, privacy when needed and no pressure. I pay my rent on time and pull my weight in the house, I don't mind if you have pets.
