As for who you would be living with;
One roomie is 30, male, from New Zealand, done lots of traveling, working here as an environmental engineer. Other roomie is female, mid 20's from South Africa originally, also an engineer. We are both working full time in serious careers and enjoy healthy and sustainable lifestyles; the main thing here is compatibility. It is a spacious 3 level house and with 3 people in it everyone has a great deal of room.

We are looking for someone who is easy to get along with, can have fun and has similar hobbies. Always down for a good BBQ and glass of wine or few beers during a Canucks game. I know there are cheaper rooms posted but this is a great house and will be perfect for the right person who wants to appreciate good living and enjoy the house they live in. Need to have love for outdoors, full time job, balanced lifestyle and enjoy cooking as well as being a part of a house.

The living room is fully furnished, two couches, big screen tv. The bedroom will be completely empty. There is a balcony off the living room with a small couch and BBQ. I like to keep a tidy place. I'm not an OCD clean freak, but I like to pick up after myself. There's also a storage locker on the main floor.
Right across the street from Ron Andrews rec center. The 211 and 214 buses stop right outside of the complex in both directions.
There is an outdoor pool here that will open up in late spring.
5 min drive/bus to Parkgate or Superstore, one bus to downtown (211), close to Capilano University, walking trail right at the end of the road.

I'm an easy going guy looking for a like minded roommate. Between working full time, going to Bikram's yoga almost daily and playing in a few bands, I'm not home a whole lot.
