We have a room for rent in our four bedroom, two bath house. The room is $550 a month which includes all utilities, tv and wireless internet.
The house has an open style living room, dining room kitchen area. The house has a back and front yard, car port and driveway for parking. We have a wonderful cat named Sunny who's outdoor and very lovable. Unfortunately we're not able to have anymore pets so prospective renters would have to be pet-less. The room for rent has the option of being partially furnished (desk, dresser, shelving), with or without whatever works for you. We have in suite laundry, a dishwasher and the room has a decent sized closet.
There are three other bedrooms in the house, two smaller and one bigger. We are three girls, two full time students at Capilano University and Simon Fraser University, one working full time in the film industry. We are friendly and neat are looking for someone the same. Male or female welcome.
5 month minimum commitment.
